The Story

I started Custom Stroke because I couldn't find what I was looking for.

I wanted a custom putter with a specific look, a specific feel, and my name on it. Not someone else's brand stamped across the face. Not a logo I didn't choose. Mine. The few places that could do it wanted over $800. For one club. I wasn't paying that.

So I figured out another way. I connected with a machine shop, learned the specs that actually matter, and built the first one myself. Precision milled 303 stainless steel, laser engraved, assembled to exact spec. When people held it, their reaction told me everything. This was real. People wanted this.

That was December 2023. Custom Stroke has been growing ever since.

Who I Am

I'm a husband and a father first. Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, still right here in Pennsylvania.

My son is 15 months old. His favorite toy right now is his plastic golf club set. I'm already planning the custom putter I'll build him in a couple years.

I started playing golf during COVID like so many people and caught the bug big time. I played baseball at Saint Joseph's University so the competitive wiring has always been there, but what drives this business isn't about winning. It's about building something genuinely excellent for every person who trusts me with their game. The hardest part of building Custom Stroke is honestly just time. The passion is there. The heart for the people I serve is there. Finding the hours between a growing family and a faith that shapes everything I do, that's the real work. But I keep showing up because the product is worth it and the people I build for are worth it.

The Name

A putter stroke is the most personal shot in golf. You do it more than any other. It costs you more strokes than any other club in your bag. And yet most golfers are playing with a putter that was never built for them.

Custom Stroke is the answer to that.

The Build

Every Custom Stroke putter is precision milled from 303 stainless steel using state of the art CNC milling, laser engraved with your name or design, and hand assembled to your exact spec after a personal consultation. Length, neck style, finish, weight. All of it dialed in for you specifically.
